Sailor Pluto would totally be an awesome companion for The Doctor! I’m not entirely sure which Doctor I’d put her with though.
In my head though, Sailor Pluto IS a Time Lord.

I’m going to post icons I made a long while ago if anybody minds. These were originally made for the Otaku Senshi community Tower of Time, and last I checked, it was fine for me to distribute them anywhere else…since I made them o_o;; If this is not so, I’ll take them down, no prob.
